A few honest notes on the flammable-product piece specifically:
The "intended use," assumption-of-risk, and indemnification language above is the standard structure businesses use to shift liability for misuse back onto the customer — it's a real and commonly used protection, but it's not bulletproof. Courts generally won't let a business fully disclaim liability for gross negligence or defective products, only for genuine misuse.
If matches are a meaningful part of your product line (not just a small giftable add-on), it's worth explicitly asking a lawyer whether you need product liability insurance, not just T&C language — insurance is what actually pays out if something goes wrong, the T&C just helps your legal position.
Consider adding a physical safety warning label/insert in the packaging itself (e.g., "Keep away from children. For intended use only.") — this is often what actually matters most in a liability claim, more than website terms.
